Newport Marathon

After the excitement of London last weekend this Sunday was Paul Frissen’s moment to shine at The Newport Marathon. It was a fast, flat course, a good, well organised and marshalled race with water stops at many points. The weather was nice and gradually warmed up during the event. Paul had a great run and managed to gain a Marathon PB of 3 hours  56 minutes 15 seconds an improvement of 13 minutes.
