It was a family affair for Torbay AAC at the Manchester Marathon this weekend. Father and daughter duo Steve and Chloe Weeks tackled the marathon distance after a solid block of quality training together. Steve paced Chloe on her marathon debut and they finished in 3:38:30 Chloe described the marathon as an incredible experience which was difficult to put into words. She said the support was phenomenal and the scenes were amazing. It just goes to show that you can do anything!
Karen and Paul Frissen also had a good run at the Manchester Marathon
describing it as a great event, the weather was good, dry and overcast. Paul completed the course in 4:17:11 and Karen crossed the line in 4:22:19
