Eight Torbay AC members ran on Good Friday in the Fast Friday 10km Road Race at Exwick Exeter. There were several category awards won by the team, led home by Pete Monaghan finishing 6th and 1st MV 50 (34:53) Nick Robinson 3rd M40 (44:44)-Debbie Drake 3 F/50 (48:00)-Ray Wilson 2nd M70 (56:40)
The fast flat traffic free route consisted of 4 laps on pathways beside river Exe, and the nearby playing fields Very pleased with his run was Mark Luscombe saying “ It was a little on the chilly side, took 3 laps to get feeling in my hands.!” but Sara Crozier did enjoy the cream egg at the finish line!

Easter Bunny 10k
Four TAAC members travelled to Yeovil on Monday to run the traditional Easter Bunny 10k, which was run on a fast flat course from RNAS Yeovilton, around the villages of West Camel and Podimore billed as ideal for both a PB and the first time racers the Torbay team of four put in some excellent performances with Charlie Arnell leading them home 2nd Lady in 16th place (37:33)-79th Gary Hooker (46:01)-161 Tony Arnell 2nd MV50 (52:32) 345 Kirsten Mundy (1:10:18) there were 450 finishers.
