The six Torbay AAC athletes who represented Devon in the South West Schools championships put in great performances despite facing fierce competition in extremely boggy conditions. Iona Farquharson flew around the 2km course to finish 4th in the Minor girls race, with Ella Rogers 12th and Mia Ratcliff 36th. Their results helped to secure victory for the Devon Minor girls ! Xavier Bly ran a great race in the Minor boys to finish 29th. James Alcock produced another great run to be the 10th over the line in the Interboys and Hayden Fey was 41st in the senior boys race. Great running by all in very tough conditions.
