Taunton Half Marathon
Torbay AC had two runners in the Taunton Half Marathon Pete Monaghan who claimed the first M/50 spot in (1:17:38) and Kevin Fine, running his first half marathon for over ten years, with a great run to finish 2nd SM in (1:25:59) from over 900 finishers on mainly rural roads with many undulations.
East Soar Experience
Steve Weeks completed the 12k very cold East Soar Experience nr Salcombe, finishing 4th in (58:31) on the trail which took you out of East Soar and over the rolling fields towards Bolberry, turning back along the incredible on the coastal towards Bolt Head and Salcombe.
Run Exe 5k series
Karen Baddley and Anthony Raine in Run Exe 5k series on Tuesday evening. A great traffic free and pancake flat 5km run on footpaths and cycle tracks around Exwick Playing Fields and the River Exe Flood Relief. Anthony finished 5th 45+ in (20:24) with Karen 2nd 55+ (21:45) .
